WRAPAROUND MARYLAND, INC. WRAPAROUND MARYLAND, INC. Wraparound Maryland is a non-profit entity established to replace New Transitions Inc. Wraparound Maryland will utilize the existing structure of New Transitions including the staff, policies and procedures and relationships already established. New Transitions was established in August of 2005 to provide care coordination to youth and their families using the wraparound principles. Our goal is to provide highly responsive, family driven; youth guided services that are unique to every family. Our approach is team based and focuses on the strengths of each member of the family and of the team. We ensure each family has a voice and feels empowered to make decisions for their family, as they are the experts of their family. The staff of Wraparound Maryland partner with the family to collaborate on all services the family is receiving within the community. Since its inception Wraparound Maryland has provided wraparound guided services to over 150 families.   • Special Situations XXXXXXX BENEFICIARY agrees to inform AGENCY within one (1) business day of any circumstances or events which may reasonably be considered to jeopardize its capability to continue to meet its obligations under the terms of this Agreement. Incidents may include, but are not limited to, those resulting in injury, media coverage or public reaction that may have an impact on the AGENCY’S or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY’S ability to protect and serve its participants, or other significant effect on the AGENCY or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY. Incidents shall be reported to the designated AGENCY contact below by phone or email only. Incident report information shall not include any identifying information of the participant.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Maryland Residents To the extent, if any, that Maryland law applies to Your Account, We elect to offer Your Card Account pursuant to Title 12, Subtitle 9 of the Maryland Commercial Law Article.

  • Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.

  • 1General Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice, demand or request required or permitted to be given by a Party to the other Parties and any instrument required or permitted to be tendered or delivered by a Party in writing to the other Parties shall be effective when delivered and may be so given, tendered or delivered, by recognized national courier, or by depositing the same with the United States Postal Service with postage prepaid, for delivery by certified or registered mail, addressed to the Party, or personally delivered to the Party, at the address set out in Appendix F hereto. A Party may change the notice information in this Agreement by giving five (5) Business Days written notice prior to the effective date of the change.
