Common use of Writing Required Clause in Contracts

Writing Required. Subject to the accepted exploration contract, any notice, direction, request, consent, approval, demand, report or other communication (communication) to be given under the accepted exploration contract will be in writing, be signed by the representative(s) of the party giving the communication as set out in annexure C and be addressed for the attention of the representative(s) of the party or parties as set out in annexure C.
