Written Assignment. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, both the Partnership and the General Partners shall be entitled to treat the assignor of a Partnership Interest as the absolute owner thereof in all respects, and shall incur no liability for distributions made in good faith to such assignor, until such time as a written assignment that conforms to the requirements of this Section 13.02 has been received by the Partnership and accepted by the Managing General Partners.
