Common use of WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED Clause in Contracts

WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED. 12.1 The CONTRACTOR shall not make changes in the Scope of Work or perform any additional services or provide any additional material under this Agreement without first obtaining written authorization from the CITY for such additional services or materials. Additional services or materials provided without written authorization shall be done at the CONTRACTOR’s sole risk and without payment from the CITY.
