Such notice shall be served by certified mail or personal delivery to the classified employee at least tenten (10) business days prior to the date when discipline may be imposed. Service by certified mail shall be deemed complete on the day of mailing. A second copy of the notice shall be sent to the President or designee of CCE/AFT.
