Written Procedures. Written procedures applicable to the Services to be performed hereunder may be established from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties.

The written procedures shall include provision for notification of the case manager, the person to be discharged, and the person’s responsible party or legal representative. A written summary of information and transfer of records will be included in the procedures.

Written Procedures. The Contractor shall implement and maintain written procedures for the care and treatment of Residents and submit these prior to the commencement of Services under this Contract and annually by August 1st of each year for review and approval by the Contract Manager. Contractor shall also promptly transmit any amendments to the Contract Manager for review and approval.

Procedures must cover such items as correspondence, minutes, reports, inspections, team meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, and other necessary communications.
Written Procedures. The Contractor with on-site meal preparations and/or contracted meal preparations shall establish written procedures for all components of the food service operation, e.g., receiving and storage of all food, equipment and paper products; menu planning; meal preparation; storage/holding; meal assembly; transport; and meal service. These procedures must be kept in a location that is conveniently accessible to staff and volunteers.
Written Procedures. (a) The Borrower (i) has designated the Chief Financial Officer of the Borrower as the person who will contact the Issuer and its counsel in the event of any change of use of any portion of the Project within 15 days of such change in use event, and (ii) will provide, within 60 days of such date, a rebate report or a letter (prepared by a CPA, nationally recognized rebate consultant or Bond Counsel) stating that a rebate report is not required.
(b) The Issuer has designated its Chairman or Vice Chairman as the person who (i) will receive notice by the person described in the preceding paragraph of any change of use of the Project and who will determine, upon consultation with Bond Counsel, whether to take any remedial action or any other remedy available at law to ensure that the tax-exempt status of the Series 2022 Bond is preserved following such change of use, and (ii) will receive the aforementioned rebate report or letter stating that such report is not required.
Written Procedures. 1. The representations and covenants contained in this Certificate as to Tax Exemption and the Obligation are hereby adopted by the Issuer to be written procedures to ensure compliance, including post-issuance compliance and record retention practices, with the rules applicable to tax-exempt obligations issued under Section 103 of the Code. The Issuer will maintain records that show compliance with the covenants and representations contained in this Certificate and the Obligation and with the requirements contained in the Code and Regulations related to tax-exempt obligations, while the applicable tax-exempt obligations remain outstanding and for a period of three years after redemption of the tax-exempt obligations.
2. The Issuer designates its Chief Financial Officer to have primary responsibility for monitoring post-issuance tax compliance with the covenants and representations contained in this Certificate and the Obligation and with the requirements contained in the Code and regulations relating to tax-exempt obligations, including requirements relating to the maintenance and retention of records. The Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer may assign and delegate responsibilities as he or she deems necessary or appropriate. These officers will receive the following training with regard to their compliance monitoring responsibilities: consultations with professional advisors, review of written alerts and materials and attendance at professional meetings and seminars.
3. The Issuer will conduct compliance checks for its tax-exempt obligations at least annually. If the Issuer discovers a potential violation of a federal tax requirement, it will promptly take appropriate action, as needed, to maintain the tax-exemption of the applicable debt obligations, including consultation with professional advisors and taking remedial action as described in the Treasury Regulations, and/or other corrective action, such as through the Tax Exempt Bonds Voluntary Closing Agreement Program.
