Written Proposals/Material. All formal proposals shall be in writing, and submitted in sufficient quantity to provide copies for each member of the other party's bargaining team. There shall not be any new proposals placed on the table after the third session unless by mutual agreement of the parties. Either party may at any time during negotiations offer verbal (table) counters to written proposals.

Written Proposals/Material. All written proposals and material shall be submitted in sufficient quantity to provide copies for each of the other party’s bargaining team, if possible. Each party shall submit its entire bargaining package by the second bargaining session. Thereafter, no other bargaining topic may be demanded unless agreed to by both parties. Fact-finding shall be limited to addressing those subjects from the partiesinitial proposals not tentatively agreed on during bargaining.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)

  • Financial Proposal The tenderer shall use the tender forms included in the corresponding section of the Annex. Determination of prices All prices given in the tender form must obligatorily be quoted in EUROS. This procurement contract is a price-schedule contract, i.e. a contract in which only the unit prices are lump-sum prices. The price to be paid will be obtained by applying the unit prices mentioned in the inventory to the quantities actually performed. Elements included in the price (Art. 32 Royal Decree of 18 April 2017) The tenderer is to include in his unit and global prices any charges and taxes generally inherent to the performance of the contract, with the exception of the value-added tax (VAT). The following are in particular included in the prices:

  • Proposal Proposal means any information supplied by or on behalf of the insured, deemed to be a completed proposal form and medical questionnaire and other relevant information that the insurer may require.
