Advances shall be made only in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2 and Article V of the Lease upon the Company’s written request or on the request of any person or entity designated in writing by the Company to act on the Company’s behalf. Each written request shall identify the payees and the amounts to be paid to each and shall be accompanied by invoices, lien waivers, percentage completion certificates, and any other documentation deemed necessary by the Company to support the amounts requested to be paid.
