Common use of Xx Rights Clause in Contracts

Xx Rights. Except as expressly set forth in this Contract, nothing in this Contract may be construed as granting to or conferring upon Contractor any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property that is now owned or subsequently owned by Agency. Except as expressly set forth in this Contract, nothing in this Contract may be construed as granting to or conferring upon Agency any right, title, or interest in any Contractor Intellectual Property that is now owned or subsequently owned by Contractor.
