In accordance with Section 10-102 of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, no bid shall be accepted from, or Contract awarded to, any City employee or official, or any firm in which a City employee or official has a direct or indirect financial inter- est. All Sellers are required to disclose any current City employees or officials who are employees or officials of the Seller’s firm, or who otherwise would have a financial interest in the Contract.
