Sub-Contract. The contractor shall not subcontract any or all of the supply without written consent of the purchaser. The contractor shall solely be responsible to the Purchaser for all the supply including that of the sub-contractor, if allowed by the purchaser
Sub-Contract. Vodafone may sub-contract any of its obligations under this Agreement but shall remain responsible to Customer for the provision of the Services.
Sub-Contract. 7.1 Contractor may contract out a part of Services to a third party which wishes to execute the Services on behalf of Contractor (hereinafter referred as “Sub-Contractor”) including but not limited to companies with which Contractor has an alliance, only on the occasions set out below;
Sub-Contract. 15.1 MIELE reserves the right to sub-contract the performance of any Contract, other than the supply of MIELE machines or part thereof to any other party or person or corporation it may determine.
Sub-Contract. The Seller reserves the right to sub-contract any part of the performance of the services or the supply of any goods ordered without obtaining the consent of the Buyer.
Sub-Contract. The District will not sub-contract for any services provided by the employees covered by this Agreement that will cause a loss of opportunity for normal regular hours or overtime opportunities, except as provided for in the Agreement, and extreme emergencies. A bus/van charter service will be allowed if one or more of the following conditions are met:
Sub-Contract. The Contractor shall not sub–let any portion of the Contract without the prior written approval of the Accepting Officer.
Sub-Contract. 24.1 The Contractor shall not sub-contract or assign or transfer the rights and obligation under the Contract or any part of it to any other person without the prior written consent of HKUST or the Representative. Any assignment or sub-contract made without such consent shall be of no effect.
Sub-Contract. No Vendor may subcontract with sub-vendors without the express written consent of the Knights.
Sub-Contract. The Supplier shall not sub- contract the activities subject to this Order, unless expressly authorized in writing by DXC. In case of non – fulfillment of this obligation, DXC may automatically terminate the agreement. In order to obtain the authorization to subcontract, the Supplier shall notify to DXC a request containing the subcontractor company, the type and amount of Services that plans to subcontract. DXC shall communicate in writing any authorization or refusal to subcontract. The Supplier will be, in any case, the sole and exclusive responsible for performing the Services ordered by DXC.
