Xxxx or Employee Dishonesty Insurance. The Service Provider shall obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement, a blanket Fidelity Bond or Employee Dishonesty Insurance policy covering the activities of the Service Provider in an amount of at least 25% of the total dollar amount of the current budget incorporated herein. The Service Provider shall furnish MFA with a copy of the Bond Certificate or proof of insurance within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement. The Service Provider shall notify MFA in writing of any change in the Service Provider's Bond or insurance policy status within one business day of such change.

  • ’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability Insurance If Contractor has employees, it shall maintain workers’ compensation insurance as required by law. Employer’s liability limits shall be not less than $1,000,000 for each accident, $1,000,000 as the aggregate disease policy limit, and $1,000,000 as the disease limit for each employee. If Contractor does not have employees, it shall provide a letter, on company letterhead, to the Judicial Council certifying, under penalty of perjury, that it does not have employees. Upon the Judicial Council’s receipt of the letter, Contractor shall not be required to maintain workers’ compensation insurance.
