Common use of Xxxx-Xxxxx Information Clause in Contracts

Xxxx-Xxxxx Information. In accordance with the notice procedures set forth in this Agreement, each Party agrees to promptly provide the other Party with any information reasonably requested by such other Party to enable such other Party to comply with Title VII of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and CFTC Regulations in connection with any Transaction outstanding between the Parties under this Agreement.
