I will deliver to or leave with the Company all written and other materials containing The Company’s trade secret, confidential, or proprietary information upon termination of my employment. Xxxxxxx: This will confirm the understanding reached during the recent contract negotiations concerning holidays that fall on Saturday or Sunday and that are celebrated on Friday or Monday, respectively. The Union agrees that the Employer has an obligation to provide contract service to some of its customers on these Friday or Monday holidays. The Union further agrees that to provide such service it must require contract service employees to work on such days. It is agreed that the Employer shall have the right to schedule employees to work on such days in sufficient numbers needed to perform such work. The Employer agrees that it will make every effort to consider the desires of its employees when employees are scheduled to work such days. Very truly yours,
