Common use of Xxxxx Fargo as Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Fargo as Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent. Xxxxx Fargo shall not have any rights, powers, duties or responsibilities hereunder or any other Credit Document in its capacity as Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent and no implied rights, powers, duties or responsibilities shall be read into this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document or otherwise exist on behalf of or against Xxxxx Fargo in its capacity as Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent.
