Common use of Xxxxx Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Infrastructure. The Department encourages Respondents to utilize Green Infrastructure Projects as appropriate to reduce or replace Xxxx Infrastructure Projects included in the draft LTCP, provided that any Green Infrastructure Project proposed is anticipated to provide substantially the same or greater level of control as the alternative Xxxx Infrastructure Project. Should Respondents rely on other entities to implement Green Infrastructure Projects, Respondents must have in place agreements as appropriate, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the Green Infrastructure Project. The revised LTCP may also include Green Infrastructure Demonstration Projects. Such demonstration projects shall not be subject to the terms and conditions of this Section V(E).

The revised LTCP may also include Green Infrastructure Demonstration Projects. Such demonstration projects shall not be subject to the terms and conditions of this Section V(E).
