XXXX'X OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 XXXX shall perform for Client the professional services (the "Services") specified in one or more Exhibits (in the form of Statement of Work signed by both parties), each of which will be made a part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between any term of this Agreement and an Exhibit, the terms of the Exhibit shall prevail.
