Common use of Xxxxx Period Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Period. This contract has a thirty (30) day grace period. This provision means that if any required premium is not paid on or before the date it is due, it may be paid subsequently during the grace period. During the grace period, the contract will stay in force. If full payment is not received within the thirty (30) day grace period, coverage will be terminated effective the first day of the grace period. Subscriber will be liable for the cost of Dental Care Services received during the grace period.
