Xxxxx Xxxxxx Cards. In all markets covered by this Agreement, the official Union Market Card shall be displayed where visible to all customers provided there are no violations of this Agreement. Such cards shall remain the property of the Union and shall be surrendered upon written demand at any time only if the Employer has refused to comply with the final decision of an arbitrator reached in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
