XXXXXX AS DEVELOPER. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Seller is the developer of the development of which the Lot is a part. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Seller as developer has not made any representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever in connection with this Agreement, as to the design, construction, use, benefits or value of the development of which the Lot is a part. Purchaser is purchasing the Lot from Seller and regardless of any direct or indirect benefits which the Seller may receive from having Purchaser purchase property in the Subdivision, Purchaser has not (and will not have) paid or given any consideration to Seller for any such representation, warranty or guaranty, and Purchaser has neither received nor relied on any such representation, warranty or guaranty from Seller as to the design, construction, use, benefits or value of the Subdivision.
