Xxxxxx, Duties and Authority of the Arbitration Board. The Arbitration Board shall determine whether the matter before it is arbitrable. The Arbitration Board shall not have the power to add to, subtract from, disregard, alter, or modify any of the terms of this Agreement. The Board's award must be consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
