Common use of XXXXXX INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

XXXXXX INFORMATION. The Company agrees that any information or advice rendered by Xxxxxx in connection with this engagement is for the confidential use of the Company only in their evaluation of the Placement and, except as otherwise required by law, the Company will not disclose or otherwise refer to the advice or information in any manner without Xxxxxx’x prior written consent.

XXXXXX INFORMATION. The Company agrees that any information or advice rendered by Xxxxxx in connection with this engagement is for the confidential use of the Company only in their evaluation of the Placement and, except as otherwise required by law, the Company will not disclose or otherwise refer to the advice or information in any manner without Xxxxxx’x prior written consent, except as may be required; provided, however, that the Company may disclose such information to its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, legal representatives and controlling persons as may be required for purposes of the Placement.
