Licensee acknowledges that: (a) it is the sole responsibility of the Licensee to assess the suitability of the Deliverables during the Acceptance Period; and (b) acceptance of a Deliverable shall constitute Licensee’s certification as to the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of such Deliverable for Licensee’s intended purposes.
