Xxxxxx of the Secretary. The Secretary will be responsible for preparing all notices, minutes, and agendas of System meetings, preparing necessary correspondence, and maintaining files and records and perform such other duties as directed by the Board of Directors. The Secretary‘s duties may be delegated and performed under the purview of the Program Administrator’s contract with the System.

Xxxxxx of the Secretary. The Secretary shall keep records and minutes of all meetings of BYSA, shall give notice of meetings when required and shall have general custody of the records of BYSA. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to oversee any necessary revisions to the Constitution and/or By-Laws and/or Rules & Procedures and have a copy of the most current version available at all meetings. Copies shall be available upon request for each voting delegate.
