Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx Line. First Entrance to S. 48th Street. The City shall designate monies to grade and construct, at its cost, a 16-inch water main in Rokeby Road from the First Entrance to S. 48th Street as shown on Attachment “F” starting in the City’s fiscal year 2015/16 until constructed. The City agrees to construct all or a portion of said 16-inch water main within six months from the date a certified engineer notifies the City and provides documentation, verifiable by the City, that a portion of the Annexation Property being developed through a building permit, special permit, use permit, planned unit development, executive order or final plat will not have adequate flow and pressure with a 6-inch main adequate redundancy or fire protection without the construction of said 16-inch water main. The Landowner will make a good faith effort to notify the Public Works and Utilities Department in November prior to the submittal and approval of a new City of Lincoln biennial budget of anticipated water needs for the Annexed Property during the new biennial budget period that involve City funding.
