Rokeby Road. The City has approved a Capital Improvement Program in FY2021- 2022 which includes the construction of a 16-inch water main (“Rokeby Road Water Main”) along Rokeby Road from a point (Point A) at the intersection of Xxxxxx Xxxx xxx X. 00xx Xxxxxx to the intersection of Rokeby Road and Snapdragon Lane (Point E) as shown on Exhibit “D”. The City will propose the Rokeby Road Water Main within the City’s Biennial Budget and corresponding Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. Subject to appropriation by the City Council, the City agrees to design and construct the Rokeby Road Water Main to be completed by December 31, 2021.

Presently, Rokeby Road from S. 70th to S. 00xx Xxxxxx is a two-lane rural cross section. Rokeby Road from S. 00xx Xxxxxx to the east edge of the Property will be graded for an ultimate four through lanes with turn lanes (“Rokeby Road Grading Improvements”) and initially constructed between S. 70th and S, 00xx Xxxxxx with (i) two 20 foot wide concrete paved through lanes divided by a 20 foot wide curbed median, (ii) 250 foot long right (north to east bound) and left turn (south to east bound) lanes in 00xx Xxxxxx with reverse curve transitions back to existing pavement,
Rokeby Road. Rokeby Road from S. 00xx Xxxxxx to S. 40th Street has been identified by the City as a minor arterial road during the 25-year planning period to be constructed as two lanes plus Site-Related Street Improvements. Presently, Rokeby Road from S. 31st to S. 40th Street is a gravel two-lane rural cross section. The City, at its own cost and expense subject to contributions from Eveleo, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, and LFB described herein, shall design and construct, with the exception of the Grading that will be completed by Eveleo as described herein, the Rokeby Road Improvements plus Site-Related Street Improvements from S. 00xx Xxxxxx east to the intersection of S. 40th and Rokeby Road as shown on Attachment “C”. The Rokeby Road Grading shall be completed by Eveleo prior to approval of any final plat submitted for the Eveleo Property that includes a street taking access from Rokeby Road.

Xxxxxx Xxxx from S. 00xx Xxxxxx to S. 84th Street is shown in the Lincoln City – Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan as an arterial road improvement during the 25-year planning period to be constructed as two lanes plus turn lanes, including Site-Related Street Improvements. The Mayor’s Road Design Standards Technical Task Force Report dated May 13, 2008, designated Rokeby Road from S. 00xx Xxxxxx xx X. 00xx Xxxxxx as a Type D, RUTS Phase 1 road with asphalt turn lanes added at intersections and sidewalk on one side consistent with the standards agreed to by the City and Lancaster County through an Interlocal agreement adopted March 9, 2006 by Resolution No. A-83763. Presently, Rokeby Road from S. 70th to S. 00xx Xxxxxx is a two-lane rural cross section. Rokeby Road from S. 00xx Xxxxxx to the east edge of the Property will be graded for an ultimate four through lanes with turn lanes and initially constructed as a Type D, RUTS Phase 1 road, with two through lanes offset to the north, including (i) right and left turn lanes and full turn movement intersections at the approximate locations shown on Attachment “J”, (ii) right turn lanes and limited movement intersections at the approximate locations shown on Attachment “J”, and (iii) improvements at the intersections with S. 70th Street and S. 84th Street, all in accordance with the conceptual road plans attached hereto as Attachment “J” (collectively “Rokeby Road RUTS”). Rokeby Road RUTS includes Arterial Street Impact Fee Facility Improvements and Site-Related Street Improvements. The Arterial Street Impact Fee Facility Improvements consist of the two through lanes, offset to the north from the center line, with curb and gutter (where applicable), including the right and left turn lanes and full turn movement intersections shown on Attachment “J”, as well as any improvements at the intersections with S. 00xx Xxxxxx xxx X. 00xx Xxxxxx. The Site-Related Street Improvements consist of the right turn lanes and limited movement intersections shown on Attachment “J”.

Millwright Must be capable of performing the tasks of fittings, aligning, lubricating an able to operate all shop tools and machines. Must under direction become proficient in basic welding and pipe fitting as well as dismantling and reassembly of plant equipment. Under direction,will continueto develop skills in trouble shooting all plant equipment and improve his skills at machining part and be exposed to basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatic. He may work alone frequently, but occasionally will require direction and instructions form Millwright I or A. Millwright 11: be capable, without direction of fitting, aligning and lubrication and taking apart and reassembling plant equipment. In addition, is expected to be able to weld, operate shop tools and do pipe fitting as required. Must under direction, become proficient at effective methods of trouble shooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults in plant machinery. I: Must be capable without direction of performing all practices under Xxxxxxxxxx Must under directionbecomeproficient at reading and understanding blueprints, all phases of installing new equipment, laying out hydraulic and mechanical drives and meet speed and power requirements correctly. Xxxxxxxxxx "A": Must he capable without direction, of performing all under Xxxxxxxxxx X, and Must take full responsibility for work done by himself or his assistant. Must he in possession of a Millwright Certificate or a Machinist Certificate or Welder Certificate. Millwrightspresently employed in this classification will not be required to have a Certificate.

  • INFORMATION OF LOCKHEED XXXXXX (a) Information provided by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to SELLER remains the property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. XXXXXX agrees to comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with LOCKHEED XXXXXX and to comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to anything provided hereunder to SELLER. XXXXXX agrees not to use any LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.
