Common use of Xxxxxx Xxxxx Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxx hereby grants to Enanta and its Affiliates during the Research Term, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, with the limited right to grant sublicenses as provided in Section 8.3.1(b), under Xxxxxx Technology, Xxxxxx Patent Rights and Xxxxxx’x interest in Joint Technology and Joint Patent Rights for the sole purpose of conducting Enanta Research Activities under the Research Program in accordance with the Research Plan.
