Common use of Xxxxxxx and Management Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx and Management. Customer agrees that it will be responsible for installing and managing the Software on its own premises in accordance with the Documentation. Entrust will have no responsibility or liability for any impact to or failure of the Hosted Service resulting from Customer’s improper installation and/or management of the Software.
