Common use of Xxxxxxx Responsibility for Employee Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Responsibility for Employee Personal Data. To the extent that Xxxxxxx has Access to Employee Personal Data, Xxxxxxx shall implement and maintain, in compliance with Applicable laws, a data privacy and security program to protect Employee Personal Data to a standard materially the same as those required of Cognizant hereunder. Xxxxxxx shall collect only the minimum necessary amount of Employee Personal Data to comply with Xxxxxxx’x obligations under Applicable Laws.
