Xxxxxxx Review. Within ten (10) days of receipt, the Xxxxxxx shall review the proposed department clarifications to ensure compliance with this Agreement, the mission and goals of the University, and University standards as established in the most recent, BOT-approved version of the Faculty Handbook.

Xxxxxxx Review. The Xxxxxxx will either approve the proposed department clarifications, or return them to the Committee for reconsideration. In the event the Xxxxxxx returns the proposed department clarifications to the Committee for reconsideration, he/she shall provide objections to any such provision in writing.
