Common use of Xxxxxxx, Vulgar or Abusive Language or Gestures Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx, Vulgar or Abusive Language or Gestures. A student shall not use profane, vulgar, abusive, obscene, or other words or gestures which, under the circumstances, are offensive to the sensibilities of ordinary people in the school district community or which disrupt normal school activities. Such prohibitions include, but are not limited to, use of computers or other technology or communications.
