Where work cannot be performed during the regular working hours an afternoon or midnight shift may be instituted. Afternoon Shift - The regular weekly af- ternoon shift consists of four (4) eight (8) hour days and one (1) four (4) hour day. The afternoon shift may commence any- time between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon to Friday p.m. All af- ternoon shift work shall be paid for at fif- teen percent (15%) above the base rate of pay for the work being performed. The midnight shift may commence any- time between 11:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Sunday evening to Friday a.m. All mid- night shift work shall be paid at twenty percent (20%) above the base rate of pay for the work being performed. 3. No Employee shall be permitted to work on more than one (1) shift in twenty-four
