Xxxxxxxxx Medical Center Certification Pay. A. Health Information Management Coding Supervisor: The Health Information Management Coding Supervisor may receive Certification Pay if they possess one of the following:  Certified Professional Coder (CPC)- 5%  Certified Professional Coder- Payer (CPC-P)- 5% The certification must be submitted to the Human Resources Department and be validated with the AAPC.
