SCRUBS. The Employer shall continue the present practice of providing scrubs at no cost to the nurse(s) who are assigned to and who work in the Surgical Suite.
SCRUBS. 1. A minimum of three (3) clean sets of scrubs shall also be provided at the Westwood and Santa Xxxxxx hospital sites. Hospital-owned scrubs will be provided for the following areas:
a. Operating Rooms
b. Labor and Delivery
c. Interventional Areas
2. In the event the University makes any changes to the current provision of hospital-owned scrubs, it will provide notice to the Union no less than thirty (30) days in advance.
SCRUBS. 1. In accordance with UVMMC policy on hospital scrubs, scrubs shall also be provided to each Resident that are properly sized to the Resident.
2. UVMMC scrubs will not be worn or carried off UVMMC premises.
SCRUBS. 1. A minimum of three (3) clean sets of scrubs shall also be provided at Olive View-UCLA. Hospital-owned scrubs will be provided for the following areas:
SCRUBS. Uniforms or scrubs must be clean and well fitting.
a. Perioperative department will wear scrubs purchased and maintained by GCRMC.
b. For the safety of Maternal Child Unit patients, Maternal Child staff will wear the color purple.
SCRUBS. The Medical Center provides scrubs through vending machines located in various areas. Access to the scrub machines is by use of the ID Badge with a specific bar code attached, available through HSO by completion of a request form.
SCRUBS. Clinical staff in all locations are required to wear appropriate scrubs in good condition which will not be made to look like denim or be made of denim. Employees will purchase and launder their own scrubs. If uniforms are desired by SRH, SRH will notify the Union in writing.
SCRUBS. The hospital will issue scrub to be used by Health Care workers in the Labor and Delivery, MIU, NICU, Nursery, Central Sterile and Operating Room. Xxxxxxxxx Medical Center will provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to hospital personnel in accordance with Cal OSHA regulations. No employee exposed to blood, body fluids and tissue on their scrubs shall dispose of and maintain scrubs at home when saturated during the course of employment. NMC and the Union agree to meet and confer to address the replacement of saturated scrubs and process for implementation.
SCRUBS. Effective the first full pay period following Board of Supervisors’ approval of a successor 2019 MOU, the County will provide scrubs to Pharmacist Technicians. Upon provision of scrubs, Pharmacist Technicians shall be required to wear them while at work. Effective the first full pay period following Board of Supervisors’ approval of a successor MOU in 2022, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Buyer and employees in Central Supply will be added to the linen distribution. Effective within ninety days of Board of Supervisors’ approval of a successor MOU in 2022, the County will meet with AFSCME to discuss the type of scrubs to be provided through the County’s uniform service provider.
SCRUBS. The Hospital will maintain its current practice of providing and maintaining uniform quality scrubs to nurses working in Surgical Services and the Birthing Center. Uniform maintenance for all other nurses shall be at their expense. All other staff registered nurses will be provided a voucher equal to two (2) sets of uniform quality scrubs each January from a vendor(s) mutually agreed upon by the Hospital and the Union, which they will wear during working hours. Per Diem employees shall be permitted to deduct the cost of meals purchased from their paychecks in the same manner as regular employees when the Per Diem employees are working.
