Common use of Year 2000 Problem Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Problem. Promptly upon the reasonable request of the Agent or any Lender, such updated information or documentation as may be reasonably requested from time to time regarding the efforts of the Borrowers to address any actual or potential Year 2000 Problem.
