Common use of Year 2000 Problems Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Problems. On or prior to January 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Agent a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall implement Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions and Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall eliminate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.

Year 2000 Problems. On or prior to January 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Agent a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall implement complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions and Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 3015, 1999, each Credit Party shall eliminate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.

Year 2000 Problems. On or prior to January 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Agent a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall implement Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October 3115, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions and Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 30October 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall eliminate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.

Year 2000 Problems. On or prior to January 31August 27, 19991998, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to the Agent a Year 2000 Assessment and a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September November 30, 19991998, each Credit Party shall implement complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October 31January 29, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions and Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 30March 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall eliminate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.

On or prior to December 31, 1998, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Administrative Agent a Year 2000 Assessment, and on or prior to January 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Administrative Agent a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September 30February 28, 1999, each Credit Party shall implement Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October March 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions and Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 30March 31, 1999, each Credit Party shall eliminate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.

Year 2000 Problems. On or prior to January 31before July 1, 1999, each Credit Party ------------------ shall complete and deliver to Agent a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall implement Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October 311, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions and Actions. On or before November 1, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 30December 1, 1999, each Credit Party shall eliminate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.

On or prior to January December 31, 1998, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Agent a Year 2000 Assessment, and on or prior to April 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete and deliver to Agent a Year 2000 Corrective Plan. On or prior to September June 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall implement Year 2000 Corrective Actions. On or before October 31September 30, 1999, each Credit Party shall complete Year 2000 Corrective Actions Actions, and Year 2000 Implementation Testing. On or before November 30, 1999, each Credit Party Testing and shall eliminate remediate all Year 2000 Problems, except where the failure to correct remediate the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, individually or in the aggregate.
