YEAR END ASSESSMENT REPORT. A. By June 15 of each of the first, second and fourth years of probation of pre-tenure faculty members, the DEC shall have met to assess and have prepared a report of the overall progress towards fulfilling the criteria for transfer to the tenured faculty. Off step hires will receive an additional year-end review in June of their first year of employment despite not having been employed for a full year. B. Where a applicant requests, the Vice-Xxxxxxx, Faculty Affairs shall notify the Chair of the DEC, who shall in turn notify the members of the DEC, if the applicant and/or the Association has/have filed a complaint and/or grievance with regard to any disciplinary action that has also been reported to the DEC under the terms of this Article.
