Year Limited Product Warranty. For the Products listed under Sec. 1) c) (i), d) (i), e) (i), f) (i) Xxxxx Solar warrants that for a period of ten years commencing on the Warranty Start Date (as defined in Sec. 4)) there will be no defects in material workmanship or manufacture that materially impede the power generation functioning of the Products. This Limited Product Warranty covers glass breakage provided that there was no external cause of breakage (i.e. only breakage caused by the glass itself or the module is covered). Any deterioration in the appearance of the Products (including, without limitation, any scratches, stains, mechanical wear, rust, mold, deformation or discoloration) or any other changes to the Products which occur after delivery (Incoterms 2020) to the Buyer, do not constitute a defect under this Limited Product Warranty.
Year Limited Product Warranty. The Supplier warrants that for a period of 12 years since the Warranty Start Date that the Solar Modules (including the DC connectors and cables) will be free of defects in material or workmanship which affects the normal installation or utilization of the modules, provided that the Solar Modules are installed, utilized and maintained according to the stipulations of the Installation Manual provided by the Supplier, which may be updated from time to time. Defects do not include changes in appearance or normal wear and tear of the Solar Modules after the modules is installed. Performance warranty for the power output is not included here but it shall be specifically elaborated in the "25 Year Limited Performance Warranty" section below.

Any deterioration in appearance of the product, including any scratches, stains, mechanical wear, rust, mold, optical deterioration - but excluding any deterioration in color-, and other changes, which occur after delivery to Buyer shall not qualify as a defect hereunder, if and to the extent such deterioration does not result in a material impairment of the functioning of the product. A claim in the event of glass breakage arises only to the extent that there was no external cause of the breakage.

Any deterioration in the appearance of the Product(s) (including, without limitation, any scratches, stains, mechanical wear, rust, or mold) or any other changes to the Product(s), which occur after delivery (Incoterm 2010) to the Buyer, do not constitute a defect under this Limited Product Warranty.
