Yearly Review. Upon each yearly anniversary of the Start Date, Executive’s Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board (the “Compensation Committee”). Base Salary may be increased above those amounts referenced in Exhibit 4.1, but may never be decreased, in the sole discretion of the Board or the Compensation Committee.
