Years Service. Effective July 1, 2017, employees working on a full-time basis shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay of .833 of a working day for each month of service which may be accumulated. During the employee’s first six (6) months of employment vacation leave shall accrue as provided in this paragraph, but no vacation leave shall be taken during this period.
