Common use of Years Service Clause in Contracts

Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six (26) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to thirty-one (31) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six five (265) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to thirty-one sixteen (3116) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six ten (2610) years’ continuous serviceservice and annually thereafter, a regular employee will be entitled to thirtytwenty-one (3121) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six nine (269) years’ continuous serviceservice and annually thereafter, a regular employee will be entitled to thirtytwenty-one (3121) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six one (2621) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to thirtytwenty-one six (3126) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six fifteen (2615) years’ continuous service, service a regular employee will be entitled to thirtytwenty-one three (3123) days’ vacation with pay.
