School Nurse. A maximum of ten (10) years of out-of-state experience or twenty years 4 of in-state experience, or any combination thereof not to exceed twenty (20) years.
School Nurse. The school nurse(s) shall be compensated as set forth in Schedule A and receive full teacher benefits as per the professional agreement. The nurse will work up to 200 days or six (6) days less than an elementary principal’s work year, whichever is less, when administratively requested. The nurse shall be compensated at their daily rate for all work days beyond the teacher work year. The appropriate administrator and the school nurse will establish a schedule in June for the following year.
School Nurse. 2.3.1 A School nurse employed by the Board of Education shall be guaranteed no less than a forty-five (45) minutes non-interrupted duty free lunch period each school day.
2.3.2 The School nurse shall be provided no less than a forty-five (45) minute period of time per day in which to complete documentation, charting and
School Nurse. 9.1 School Nurse placement on the salary schedule shall be based on the number of years of experience as a school nurse. Nurses are eligible for horizontal movement on the salary schedule for attainment of college credit or a degree up to MA+30. College credit and degrees shall relate to school work performed. Nurses are eligible for the Professional Development Stipend.
School Nurse. School nurses shall be placed upon the Basic Teachers Salary Schedule based upon their training and teaching experience upon evidence of a proper school nurse teacher's certificate issued by the State Department of Education. The school nurses' work year shall be the same as that of regular teachers. Extended service may be assigned annually by the Board of Education. All rules, regulations and policies of the Board of Education pertaining to certificated employees shall be applicable to school nurses.
School Nurse. The work day shall consist of up to eight and one-half (8 ½) hours including a non-paid, duty free lunch period of thirty (30) consecutive minutes in length.
School Nurse. Any person employed by the Board holding a Michigan Registered Nurse License or having the training required by law to perform public health nursing functions for the benefit of the students and their families.
School Nurse. Palouse Prairie School will contract for with North Central Health District for services of qualified school nurse in the same manner as Moscow Charter School.
School Nurse. 9.1 A School Nurse will be required to be available for assignments of "teacher type" functions for up to twenty-five percent (25%) of his or her work time. It is understood that School Nurses shall not be used as substitute teachers.
