Common use of Years Service Clause in Contracts

Years Service. An employee who has completed (25) or more years service at the end of the vacation shall be entitled to a paid vacation of six (6) calendar weeks. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's rate of pay as at the time he takes his vacation.

Years Service. An Effective January 1, 2017, an employee who has completed ten (2510) or more years but less than fifteen (15) years of service at the end of the vacation year shall be entitled to a paid vacation of six twenty (620) calendar weeksdays. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's ’s rate of pay as at the time he he/she takes his his/her vacation.

Years Service. An Effective January 1, 2017, an employee who has completed nine (259) or more years but less than ten (10) years of service at the end of the vacation year shall be entitled to a paid vacation of six nineteen (619) calendar weeksdays. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's ’s rate of pay as at the time he he/she takes his his/her vacation.

Years Service. An employee who has completed nine (259) or more but less than seventeen (17) years service at the end of the vacation year shall be entitled to a paid vacation of six four (64) calendar weeks. Payment Pay- ment for such vacation shall be at the employee's ’s rate of pay as at the time he takes his vacation.

Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's ’s rate of pay as at the time he he/she takes his his/her vacation.
