Common use of Years Service Clause in Contracts

Years Service. An employee who has completed (25) or more years service at the end of the vacation shall be entitled to a paid vacation of six (6) calendar weeks. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's rate of pay as at the time he takes his vacation.
