Common use of You and Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

You and Xxxxxx. xxx hereby agree that each provision herein shall be treated as a separate and independent clause, and the unenforceability of any one clause shall in no way impair the enforceability of the other clauses herein. If any term or provision of this Agreement shall, to any extent, be found invalid or unenforceable by a court or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected, and shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
