You may. 1.2.1 download, install and use the Software for your internal business purposes only: (a) on one central processing unit (CPU) if the Licence is a single-user licence or the Software is for single use; or (b) if the Licence is a multi-user or network licence, by the number of concurrent users agreed between you and us; 1.2.2 provided you comply with the provisions in condition 2, make up to two copies of the Software for back-up purposes only; 1.2.3 receive and use any free supplementary software code or update of the Software incorporating “patches” and corrections of errors as may be provided by us from time to time; and 1.2.4 use any Documents in support of the use permitted under condition 1.2 and make up to two copies of the Documents as are reasonably necessary for its lawful use.
