Common use of Your Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Your Acceptance. 1.1. This is an agreement between SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited ("SmarTone" or "the Company") and you ("You" or “the Customer”), a user of SmartShare Service ("the Service"). BY USING THE SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If the Customer does not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you may not use the Service.
