YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE CALLS. You agree if you provide or have provided any telephone number, including a cell phone number, on your membership application, other Credit Union form, or verbally, you are giving the Credit Union, its agents, employees, or third parties your consent to contact you at such telephone number(s) to discuss or communicate the status of your accounts or applications, whether these numbers are dialed manually or by means of an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded message. You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or service (including loans). THE FOLLOWING DISCLOSURES CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE WITH US AND ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED BY THE TRUTH-IN-SAVINGS ACT. WHEREVER USED, “APY” MEANS ANNUAL PERCENTAGE YIELD.
