Common use of Your Cooling Off Period Clause in Contracts

In addition to your other rights under our Agreement, the law grants you the right to cancel and terminate this Agreement during a period of fourteen (14) days which commences on the day after you accept this Agreement “Cooling Off Period.” This is subject to certain conditions which follow.

If you do not cancel our Agreement within the Cooling Off Period, our Agreement will remain valid, and it may be cancelled either by you or by us pursuant to the relevant terms of this Agreement.
