YOUR ELIGIBILITY. In order to receive the NX Rewards Membership Service and to qualify for any benefits associated with the NX Rewards Membership Service, Member must be 18 years or older, a resident of the United Kingdom with a UK registered credit or debit card and a UK bank account/IBAN. NE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any person from becoming a Member. Members may join the NX Rewards Programme via National Express. Any individual may only hold one Membership in the NX Rewards Programme at a time. Member agrees that the NX Rewards Membership Service may only be used for his/her own personal benefit. Membership of the NX Rewards Programme is not transferable. If a Member has more than one NE membership and/ or a Member fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, NE reserves the right to terminate all memberships and in such case any accrued benefits and/or cashback earned in respect of all the cancelled memberships, but not paid at the date of termination, will be forfeited. The bank account details/IBAN you provide to receive your benefit must only be used by you. If your bank account number/IBAN is being used by another Member, the Membership which was created later will be terminated and any accrued benefits not paid at the time of termination will be forfeited. If NE suspect these accounts have been created for misuse or fraudulent activity, NE reserves the right to terminate all accounts using the same bank account number/IBAN and any accrued benefits not paid at the time of termination will be forfeited. Members must be a living individual; no machines, scripts or automated services may be used to accumulate financial benefits derived from Membership and use of the NX Rewards Programme.

Where on the occasion you make purchases for loved ones the proof of purchase must match you membership holder’s name and the purchase must be made by you and not your loved one. If a Member has you have more than one NE WL membership and/ or a Member fails and/or fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement, NE reserves we re- serve the right to terminate all memberships and in such case cases, any accrued benefits and/or cashback (earned in respect of all the cancelled memberships, but not paid at the date of termination, ) will be forfeited. If a Member has more than one NE membership My Funky Rewards Membership and/ or a Member fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, NE FP reserves the right to terminate all memberships and in such case any accrued benefits and/or cashback earned in respect of all the cancelled memberships, but not paid at the date of termination, will be forfeited. You may be offered the opportunity to take part in our In-Store Offers pilot. By registering a payment card in connection with transaction monitoring for the purposes of In-Store Offers, you authorise WL (via Sports Loyalty Card Limited (trading as Reward)) to share your payment card information with Visa, MasterCard and other necessary payment service providers (Payment Service Providers) to confirm your enrolment. You authorise the Payment Service Providers to monitor transactions on your registered card(s) to identify purchases in order to determine whether you have qualified for an offer linked to your payment card, and for the Payment Service Providers to share such transaction details with Reward and where applicable, the Publisher to enable your card-linked offer(s) and target offers that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of transaction monitoring on the payment card(s) you have registered at any time by visiting the Manage Cards section under In-Store Offers. If you are invited to take part in the In-Store Offers pilot, please ensure you read the FAQs which also form part of your Complete Savings Membership.
