You will be approved or declined for any such additional service at our sole discretion and additional terms and conditions may apply. We may at any time decline any Transfer Transaction that we believe may violate applicable law. You represent and warrant to us that: • all Transfer Transactions you initiate are for your own account, and not on behalf of another person, • you are not receiving any fee or compensation from any other person in return for initiating a Transfer Transaction, and • you are authorized by the receiving Member to make funds transfers to the Member’s account at the Member’s Financial institution.
