You must initiate direct deposits by a method acceptable to the initiator of the deposit (such as your employer or the federal or state government). You understand we may refuse and return any or all funds transfers for any lawful reason. Should we be required to reimburse the federal or state government or other initiator of a transfer for any payment directly deposited into an account you have with us, you agree we may deduct the reimbursed amount from the account, and may recover any amount you owe according to the terms of the MSA unless otherwise required by law. If you file for bankruptcy and do not cancel a direct deposit authorization to an account, you agree we should continue to apply your direct deposits according to the instructions previously given to us.
